AlphaTON Secures $46M Deal to Expand Cocoon AI With NVIDIA Chips
AlphaTON Capital Corp has inked a $46 million infrastructure agreement to bolster its confidential compute capacity. The deal involves deploying 576 Nvidia B300 GPUs to scale Cocoon AI's decentralized compute network, which operates natively on Telegram. This marks the company's first major hardware deployment, signaling a strategic expansion into AI infrastructure.
The GPUs are slated for delivery in February, with full deployment expected by March. AlphaTON has committed $4 million in cash upfront, secured $32.7 million through non-recourse debt financing, and will cover the remaining $9.3 million via staggered equity payments. The MOVE positions AlphaTON to process decentralized AI queries through its LINK-connected infrastructure.
